This Op checks that
x[i] != y[i] holds for every pair of (possibly
broadcast) elements of
y. If both
y are empty, this is
If any elements of
y are equal,
message, as well as the first
summarize entries of
y are printed, and
Tensor, same dtype as and broadcastable to
summarize: Print this many entries of each tensor.
message: A string to prefix to the default message.
name: A name for this operation (optional). Defaults to "assert_none_equal".
InvalidArgumentError: if the check can be performed immediately and
x != yis False for any pair of elements in
y. The check can be performed immediately during eager execution or if
yare statically known.
