В этом примере мы рассматриваем задачу прогнозирования того, содержит ли комментарий обсуждения, опубликованный на странице обсуждения Wiki, токсичное содержание (то есть содержание, которое является «грубым, неуважительным или необоснованным»). Мы используем публичный набор данные выпущенного Диалога AI проект, который содержит более 100k комментарии из английской Википедии, которые аннотированные рабочими толпы (см бумаги для методологии маркировки).

Одна из проблем с этим набором данных заключается в том, что очень небольшая часть комментариев затрагивает такие деликатные темы, как сексуальность или религия. Таким образом, обучение модели нейронной сети на этом наборе данных приводит к несопоставимой производительности по более мелким чувствительным темам. Это может означать, что безобидные заявления на эти темы могут быть ошибочно отмечены как «токсичные» с большей частотой, что приведет к несправедливой цензуре речи.

Накладывая ограничения в процессе обучения, мы можем обучить модель справедливой , которая выполняет более равномерно по различным темам групп.

Мы будем использовать библиотеку TFCO для оптимизации наших целей во время обучения.

Установка

Давайте сначала установим и импортируем соответствующие библиотеки. Обратите внимание, что вам может потребоваться перезапустить ваш colab один раз после запуска первой ячейки из-за устаревших пакетов во время выполнения. После этого проблем с импортом возникнуть не должно.

Мы видим, что только 1,3% набора данных содержат комментарии, связанные с сексуальностью. Среди них 37% комментариев были отмечены как токсичные. Обратите внимание, что это значительно больше, чем общая доля комментариев, помеченных как токсичные. Это могло быть связано с тем, что несколько комментариев, в которых использовались эти термины идентичности, были сделаны в уничижительном контексте. Как упоминалось выше, это может привести к тому, что наша модель будет непропорционально неправильно классифицировать комментарии как токсичные, если они включают эти термины. Поскольку это беспокойство, мы удостоверимся , чтобы посмотреть на процент ложных срабатываний , когда мы оцениваем производительность модели.

Построить модель прогнозирования токсичности CNN

Подготовив набор данных, мы теперь построить Keras модель для прогнозирования токсичности. Используемая нами модель представляет собой сверточную нейронную сеть (CNN) с той же архитектурой, которая используется в проекте Conversation AI для анализа сглаживания. Мы адаптируем код предоставленного им для построения модели слоев.

Модель использует слой внедрения для преобразования текстовых лексем в векторы фиксированной длины. Этот слой преобразует входную текстовую последовательность в последовательность векторов и передает их через несколько уровней операций свертки и объединения, за которыми следует последний полностью связанный слой.

Мы используем предварительно обученные векторные вложения слов GloVe, которые мы загружаем ниже. Это может занять несколько минут.
