Transforme os dados de entrada e traçando um modelo com um pipeline TFX.

Neste tutorial baseado em notebook, vamos criar e executar um pipeline TFX para ingerir dados de entrada brutos e pré-processá-los de forma adequada para o treinamento de ML. Este notebook é baseado no gasoduto TFX nós construímos na validação de dados usando TFX Pipeline e TensorFlow Validação de dados Tutorial . Você pode aumentar a qualidade preditiva de seus dados e / ou reduzir a dimensionalidade com a engenharia de recursos. Um dos benefícios de usar TFX é que você escreverá seu código de transformação uma vez, e as transformações resultantes serão consistentes entre o treinamento e a veiculação para evitar distorção de treinamento / veiculação.

Configurar

Prepare dados de exemplo

Prepare um arquivo de esquema

Conforme descrito na validação de dados usando TFX Pipeline e TensorFlow Validação de dados Tutorial , precisamos de um arquivo de esquema para o conjunto de dados. Como o conjunto de dados é diferente do tutorial anterior, precisamos gerá-lo novamente. Neste tutorial, pularemos essas etapas e apenas usaremos um arquivo de esquema preparado.

Crie um pipeline

Os pipelines TFX são definidos usando APIs Python. Nós vamos adicionar Transform componente para o gasoduto que criamos no tutorial Validação de dados .

Um componente Transform exige que os dados de entrada a partir de um ExampleGen componente e um esquema de um SchemaGen componente, e produz um "transformar gráfico". A saída será usado em um Trainer componente. Transform pode opcionalmente produzir "dados transformados", que são os dados materializados após a transformação. No entanto, transformaremos os dados durante o treinamento neste tutorial sem materialização dos dados transformados intermediários.

Uma coisa a notar é que precisamos definir uma função Python, preprocessing_fn para descrever como dados de entrada deve ser transformado. Isso é semelhante a um componente Trainer, que também requer código de usuário para a definição do modelo.

Escreva o código de pré-processamento e treinamento

Precisamos definir duas funções Python. Um para Transform e outro para Trainer.

preprocessing_fn

O componente Transform vai encontrar uma função chamada preprocessing_fn em determinado arquivo de módulo como fizemos para Trainer componente. Você também pode especificar uma função específica usando o preprocessing_fn parâmetro do componente Transform.

Neste exemplo, faremos dois tipos de transformação. Para recursos numéricos contínuos como culmen_length_mm e body_mass_g , vamos normalizar esses valores usando o tft.scale_to_z_score função. Para o recurso de rótulo, precisamos converter rótulos de string em valores de índice numérico. Usaremos tf.lookup.StaticHashTable para a conversão.

Para identificar campos transformados facilmente, nós anexar um _xf sufixo aos nomes dos recursos transformados.

run_fn

O modelo em si é quase o mesmo dos tutoriais anteriores, mas desta vez transformaremos os dados de entrada usando o gráfico de transformação do componente Transform.

Mais uma diferença importante em relação ao tutorial anterior é que agora exportamos um modelo para servir que inclui não apenas o gráfico de cálculo do modelo, mas também o gráfico de transformação para o pré-processamento, que é gerado no componente Transform. Precisamos definir uma função separada que será usada para atender às solicitações de entrada. Você pode ver que a mesma função _apply_preprocessing foi utilizada para ambos os dados de treinamento e o pedido de servir.
