勾配を集約するための条件付きアキュムレータ。

アキュムレータは、アキュムレータが認識する最新のグローバルステップ以上のローカルステップを持つ勾配を受け入れます。十分な勾配が蓄積されていれば、アキュムレータから平均値を抽出できます。平均値を抽出すると、アキュムレータは自動的に0にリセットされ、アキュムレータに記録されたグローバルステップが増加します。
