একটি টেনসরের বিভিন্ন ডাইমেনশন জুড়ে সর্বনিম্ন মানের সূচকটি ফেরত দেয়।

যুক্তি:

• স্কোপ: একটি স্কোপ অবজেক্ট
• ডাইমেনশন: int32 অথবা int64, অবশ্যই [-rank(input), rank(input)) সীমার মধ্যে হতে হবে। এটি নির্দেশ করে যে ইনপুট টেনসরের কোন ডাইমেনশন জুড়ে রিডিউস করতে হবে। ভেক্টরের জন্য, ডাইমেনশন = 0 ব্যবহার করুন।
