Ce bloc-notes montre comment accéder au module Multilingual Universal Sentence Encoder et l'utiliser pour la similarité des phrases dans plusieurs langues. Ce module est une extension du module de codeur universel d' origine .

Le cahier est divisé comme suit :

  • La première section montre une visualisation de phrases entre paires de langues. Il s'agit d'un exercice plus académique.
  • Dans la deuxième section, nous montrons comment construire un moteur de recherche sémantique à partir d'un échantillon d'un corpus Wikipédia en plusieurs langues.

Visualiser la similarité de texte entre les langues

Visualiser la similarité

Avec des intégrations de texte en main, nous pouvons utiliser leur produit scalaire pour visualiser à quel point les phrases sont similaires entre les langues. Une couleur plus foncée indique que les intégrations sont sémantiquement similaires.

Création d'un moteur de recherche multilingue de similarité sémantique

Alors que dans l'exemple précédent, nous avons visualisé une poignée de phrases, dans cette section, nous allons construire un index de recherche sémantique d'environ 200 000 phrases à partir d'un corpus Wikipedia. Environ la moitié sera en anglais et l'autre moitié en espagnol pour démontrer les capacités multilingues de l'encodeur de phrases universel.

Télécharger les données à indexer

Tout d' abord, nous allons télécharger de nouvelles phrases dans les langues des multiples de la Nouvelles Commentaire Corpus [1]. Sans perte de généralité, cette approche devrait également fonctionner pour l'indexation du reste des langues prises en charge.

Pour accélérer la démo, nous limitons à 1000 phrases par langue.

Enfin, nous vous encourageons à essayer des requêtes dans l' une des langues prises en charge: anglais, arabe, chinois, néerlandais, français, allemand, italien, japonais, coréen, polonais, portugais, russe, espagnol, thaï et turc.

De plus, même si nous n'avons indexé que dans un sous-ensemble de langues, vous pouvez également indexer le contenu dans l'une des langues prises en charge.

Variantes de modèle

Nous proposons des variantes des modèles Universal Encoder optimisées pour diverses choses comme la mémoire, la latence et/ou la qualité. N'hésitez pas à les tester pour en trouver un qui vous convienne.

Bibliothèques voisines les plus proches

Nous avons utilisé Annoy pour rechercher efficacement les voisins les plus proches. Voir la section compromis à lire sur le nombre d'arbres ( en fonction de la mémoire) et le nombre d'éléments à la recherche ( en fonction de la latence) --- SimpleNeighbors permet uniquement de contrôler le nombre d'arbres, mais refactorisation le code à utiliser Annoy doivent être directement simple, nous voulions juste garder ce code aussi simple que possible pour l'utilisateur général.
