Tính toán hàm mũ tuyến tính được nhân với hệ số tỷ lệ: scale * alpha * (exp(features) - 1)

nếu < 0, scale * features ngược lại.

Cần sử dụng cùng với `initializer = tf.variance_scaling_initializer(factor=1.0, mode='FAN_IN') . For correct dropout, use tf.contrib.nn.alpha_dropout`.
